Refund Policy
At Jump Gymnastics, we operate a no-refund policy. As class places are reserved in advance and spaces are limited, all bookings are considered final. If you have made a payment but your child is unable to attend, you have the following options:
- Find someone who is happy to take over your child’s place for the remainder of the term (subject to approval by Jump Gymnastics).
- Arrange a make-up class on another day or time, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to check availability and make a booking.
Missed classes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be carried forward to a future term unless agreed by Jump Gymnastics.
Please note that deposits paid for camps, competitions, events, or other activities are also covered by our no-refund policy, so please ensure you are happy with your booking before making payment.
The Independent Gymnastics Association (IGA) membership fee is non-refundable once your child’s membership has been processed.
In exceptional circumstances, such as a serious injury or medical condition preventing further participation, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. A €5 administration fee will apply to cover payment processing charges passed on by our payment provider.
Alternatively, instead of a refund, Jump Gymnastics may offer an account credit for the value of the remaining classes. Any credit issued will remain valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue and may be used towards future classes, camps, or other eligible bookings.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
