Club Communication
We’ll keep in touch with our members through WhatsApp Groups. These groups are read-only. If you have any questions, please send us a private message on WhatsApp. We’ll share last-minute class updates, health notices, class photos, registration information, and much more there.
It is the parent’s responsibility to join the WhatsApp group and keep up to date with the information shared. Registration for the next term will also be announced in the WhatsApp group. If a parent is not a member of the group and misses the registration window, Jump Gymnastics cannot accept responsibility for this.
Registration
Registration must be completed online only. Please register through our website at www.jumpgymnastics.ie by paying either the deposit or the full fee. Once payment has been received, your child’s place at Jump Gymnastics will be secured.
Your child will receive priority when registering for the next term. However, if payment has not been received at least one week before the new term starts, the place may be offered to another child on the waiting list.
Independent Gymnastics Association Membership
Jump Gymnastics is affiliated with the Independent Gymnastics Association (IGA). All children attending our classes must hold a valid IGA membership. The annual membership fee is €20 per child and is payable each September. For new members, the IGA membership fee will be automatically added during your first online booking.
Fees
The fee for an 8-week term is €90 per child. Sibling discounts may be available (family). If a term is shorter than 8 weeks, the fee will be adjusted accordingly.
All fees must be paid online by credit or debit card through our website.
Family Discount
If you are enrolling 2 children, enter the coupon code family during checkout to apply your family discount.
Refund Policy
Find someone who is happy to take over your child’s place for the remainder of the term.
Attend a make-up class in another available session, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Please note: deposits paid for camps, events, or competitions are also covered by our no-refund policy, so please ensure you are happy with your booking before making payment.
In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved, a €5 administration fee will apply to cover payment processing costs.
Make-up Classes
If you would like to arrange a make-up class, please contact us first to check availability on 085 720 0783.
To request a make-up class, please email info@jumpgymnastics.ie with:
- your child’s full name,
- their usual class day and time,
- and your preferred make-up class day and time.
A member of our team will confirm whether a suitable place is available.
Attendance and Collection
Safety is our priority! Please ensure your child wears grip socks at every class. Grip socks can be purchased from most trampoline parks. (Please note: fluffy grip socks from Penneys are not suitable.)
Children should wear comfortable sports clothing such as leggings, tracksuit bottoms, shorts, and a T-shirt or hoodie. Long hair must be tied back, all jewellery removed, and chewing gum is not permitted. Please bring a bottle of water to every class.
Please let us know in advance if your child has any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or additional support needs that we should be aware of.
Our classes operate as a drop-off and collection service. To help children stay focused and ensure a safe coaching environment, parents do not remain in the gym during classes. Rest assured that your children are in safe hands, all of our coaches are Garda Vetted, Safeguarding trained, and First Aid certified.
Children must be collected by a parent or authorised adult. No child will be permitted to leave the venue alone unless we have received written parental consent. During darker evenings, please park safely and come to the entrance to collect your child.
Additional Needs
Unfortunately, our mainstream classes are not specifically designed for children with additional needs. However, we are always happy to discuss individual requirements and explore options to support every child. Our coaches are not SNAs and are not trained to deal with children with advanced spectrum needs.
Insurance Waiver
Please note that these rules apply at all Jump Gymnastics locations. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
You are registering your child to take part in activities provided by Jump Gymnastics, including the use of gymnastics equipment and facilities. By completing the booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and, where applicable, are the child’s parent or legal guardian.
You agree that your child will follow all instructions given by Jump Gymnastics coaches and staff before and during classes. You also agree to follow any safety guidance or notices provided by our team. While every reasonable care is taken, Jump Gymnastics cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during classes.
You confirm that your child will only attend classes when they are fit to participate safely and will not attend if affected by illness, medication, or any condition that could place themselves or others at risk. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional support needs before attending.
You understand that gymnastics is a physical activity involving movement, balance, strength, and coordination, and that participation carries an inherent risk of accidental injury despite appropriate coaching and safety measures. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and accept them as part of participation.
Any accident, injury, or incident must be reported to a Jump Gymnastics coach or member of staff as soon as possible so that appropriate action can be taken and an incident report completed where necessary.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Irish law. Subject to applicable law, Jump Gymnastics accepts no responsibility for losses or injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, or behaviour that places participants or others at risk.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate, that you understand the nature of the activities, and that you agree to your child taking part under the supervision of Jump Gymnastics coaches.
You confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
